When I was helping the Treasurer do some end of year 'corrections' I was pulling reports, but had to reset the month each time from August to what month I wanted, both in the beginning and ending periods.

Now, I didn't check to see if August was the last working month, I really didn't think it was, but is that normal, or is that a bug ??

A lot of Fund Accounting reports will default to whatever the working month is. That would be my guess as to the issue you were seeing. August working month.
