Payroll Check Stub has incorrect YTD amounts

Our church is currently using payroll checks that have the check to the top and two stubs at the bottom. My desire is to give the employees the check and a stub which shows the YTD total. The first payroll checks for 2011 are to be issues this week, but for some reason the YTD total is including amounts from 2010 although the selected payroll period relates entirely to 2011. I think this might be an issue coming over from 2010 because the YTD amounts were also not correct then. Can anyone advise on how I can get the 2011 YTD amount to agree with what actually relates to 2011? I have V11, but am currently using V10 until some backlog work has been completed. Thanks.
Regards,
K

Just a quick question, do you have the latest v10 maintenance release installed. This may not relate to your problem, but it will ensure that you have all the latest fixes. If you need to install that MR, and the issue still exists, come back.

However, the system should not be giving you any YTD data other than that from 2011. I would check to see if anything in Payroll was previously posted to 2011 by accident.

Thanks for the prompt response, Neil. I believe that I did install the latest release some time ago, but I will check again to see if there is another more recent release.
