Time Off feature in Payroll

Is this a manual process or there something to set-up for holidays or for example 4 hours of vacation earned each paycheck/period? Seems like it could be a useful tool but I can't figure out how to fully utilize it. Thanks,

I believe its a manual process right now. Also a way for the employer to keep track of sick time, and setup vacation schedules.
