Payroll without PowerChurch Online

It's the end of the month and the PowerChurch Online servers are down. I'm trying to figure out the smoothest way to get employees their pay in a way that will allow me to get the correct information into PowerChurch when things are back to normal.
For salaried employees, whose paycheck amount doesn't vary (same deductions/reductions every month), writing a check by hand and later, when running payroll, just printing on plain paper looks like a reasonable approach.
For hourly employees it's harder to predict the correct amount of the check. Does anyone have any suggestions?
(For non-payroll payments, hand-written checks that are later entered as manual checks should be fine, I think.)
