Change Payroll Description

Good afternoon!
Can someone tell me where to change the description that prints on the check register for payroll? I can't find it in any of the payroll setup options. It currently prints the employee first initial and 'paycheck'. I know it's picky but I would rather see it say Payroll instead of Paycheck.
