Pass-thru or Restricted?

Our children participate in a weekly contribution. These funds are used to send to various children's homes on a monthly basis. At the end of each month, I total up the amount collected and send it to the next home on the list. Is this a restricted or pass-thru scenerio?

It's most likely a pass-through. That's where you collect money that is the passed on to another non-profit.
