In the Account Set-up I used the incorrect date for outstanding date and deposit. I used the date of January 2012. How can I correct the error?

Ouch ... I take it this was only an outstanding (not reconciled) deposit, and not a starting balance or anything like that, and that its already been posted to Funds Accounting. If it has NOT been posted, all you need to do is find it in the Modify Unposted Transactions function and change the date.

So if it was posted, I believe the only way to fix this would be to find the transaction in the View Posted Transactions function of Funds Accounting, Reverse that transaction, then create a NEW transaction using the same amounts and account numbers, but the correct date. Then post that to Funds Accounting.
