Pmts for summer camp

We collect money for the youth to go to summer camp. Would you set that up as a pass-thru contributions, or just a credit against the camp expenses?
If you are collecting money to be handed off to the summer camp (and the summer camp is a non-profit organization), then set it up as a pass-through. (In other words, you are simply acting as an agent for the summer camp).
You can also do a partial pass-through, and partially count some of the money as income / expense. It depends on all the specifics.
