Hi,
We are looking to have several of our utility bills handled via automated payments from our bank account. Since the amounts will vary, and because we no longer want to write as many manual checks, we are trying to figure out how to use PowerChurch to fully account for payments made that aren't generated or manual checks.
Does PowerChurch allow this?
Thanks!
Linda

Yes, but you'd have to write a manual check.lrlaggos wrote:Hi,

Seriously, you would enter the invoice as a manual check, using the vendor record you have in the system, and it would use the standard credit and debit accounts as is setup for the vendor, but instead of entering a check number, you would enter something like EFT to show it was an electronic payment.
