Transactions entered in June appear in May reports

Hi,
I have several transactions occurring here in the first days of June, dated as occurring in June, that are showing in May reports.
How to fix? And how to prevent that in the future?

Did you close End of Month for May?
You do that in Fund Accounting / Close Month
Make sure you have all of your transactions posted, reports run, and backups done.

John, you shouldn't have to close months in order to keep the next months' transactions out of them.
I'm suspecting that they were posted under MAY rather than under June. This could have happened if someone ignored the warning message that should have appeared.
I would take a look at the transactions under the
View Posted Transactions and verify the month they were posted under.
