Bank Reconcillaiton versus contributions/Account Activity

I am having trouble with one month. Somehow I missed inputting $75 through contriubtions and updating fund accounting when I posted it. I had corrected a previous error and somehow it was corrected in contributions but not put into fund accounting.

The problem I am having is when I do the bank reconcilliation if the $75 isn't included the reconcilliation works. If I make an adjusting entry on the fund accounting side and add the $75 the bank is out $75. What have I done wrong???????

How are you entering the transaction. it should look the same as a normal transaction from Contributions, with a DEBIT to the bank, and a CREDIT to tithes and offerings (or what you use to show income).
