Close to report not correct

I have just copied fund 04 COA to fund 05. When I run the close to report in fund 04 all was and is correct. it reports all eequity beginning with 04-3110-000 and ending with 04-3305-000. However, when I run the close to report in fund 05 the close to report begins with 05-3201-901 and ends with 05-3305-000.
I checked the missing equity accounts and all are active. I checked all of the accounts that should close
to these equity accounts and all are set to close to the appropriate equity accounts.

Are there any ideas how I can get the close to report to show ALL the equity accounts in this fund???? Close to report is correct in all other funds.

THANKS

The only thing that I could see happening, procedurally, is if you unchecked some accounts during the copy COA part of the creation of your new fund.

If you haven't made any entries into the new fund, yet, you may want to delete it, and recreate it, and see if the problem reoccurs.

If that is not it, it may be a corrupt file.

An update on the problem.

I have discovered if I leave the default equity range to 3000 - 3999 I am given only the restricted equity accounts in the Close to reort. If I set the equity range to 3000 - 3199 I am given all the unrestricted equity accounts in the Close to report.

I have created another fund and copied the COA from the same fund mentioned in previous post and I get same results.

I have also created a test fund and copied the COA from my main fund. I get the same results in any copied fund COA. All of the funds for which I created the COA from scratch report exactly a expected.

I am beginning to think that I must creat the COA for ANY new fund from scratch. I will do that and then update this post again with the results.

This is a further update.

I have just finished creating a new fund manually adding all the accounts and the close to report generates a report with ALL the equity accounts.

By the way I am currently using v11.5 so I think this is either a corrupt original COA or it is an issue that became apparent, to me, in v11 and carried over into v11.5.

I still think it is an issue with the program as I have had the same problem to occur when I have attempted copying the COA from all of my existing funds.

I would like to see TS check it out and reply to this post.

Thanks
