Payroll error in withholding to much FICA

I am getting ready to print my W-2s. I withheld too much FICA from a paycheck early last year before I knew that the rate had changed to 4.2%. I found the error and know which check the error was on. When I tried to repair the the error by reversing the check, an error message popped up and said that it would not correct payroll. I still have the error. How can this be repaired so that my W-3 will reconcile with my 941s for the year? Or how can I maually change the W-3 to reflect the corrrect amount of withholding for the year?
Yes, the past few years have been extremely busy for me and I just haven't had time to visit the forum much. I'm glad to see that you, along with several others, are still regularly answering posts on the forum.
