Payroll Time Off

I am using Powerchurch v. 11. When I go into the Time Off tab in the Payroll Module to enter used PTO nothing is showing in the window on the right hand side of the screen where it lists by date the time used. (Just above the Add, Edit, Delete, View boxes) Any idea how to get that back? Thanks!

Are you using v11.1 or 11.5 ??
I'm not sure how that would be deleted. Are all the
Time Off Types selected ?? That is, do all the types have their checkboxes checked ??
