I am trying to create an invoice in AR. I have set up my customer and the item numbers and am able to go through the invoice form and fill everything in. HOwever, when I push save I get the following message:
Warning: Unable to open file ArInfo.DBF.
Any idea what this is and why I am getting it? This is my first attempt at using AR and I went through the manual to make sure I was doing it correctly.
THanks.
Laurie

Hmmm, have a look in your PCPLUS9 folder and see if the referenced file exists.
If it does exist, check the permissions on the file to ensure that you can access it.
If it does not exist, I'd contact PC+ tech support.

Even if it does exist, you'll probably want to contact us. Info files store settings for each module, and they seem particularly fragile - probably due to how much they are used. Whenever you have a power outage, or other premature shutdown, it'll corrupt an open file, and it's usually the info files that are open. Depending on the version of PowerChurch, there are different things that can be done.
