I am just now beginning to use the Fund Accounting module of PC+

Reading the manual, I don't see a way to import Contributions that have already posted to the Accounting module. The manual only addresses the portability of non-posted Contributions using a floppy disk and then transporting them to the host computer.

Is there a way to do this without having to re-enter all of the contribution data a second time and save it to a floppy?

I am still using PC+ v8.5 - maybe this was addressed in v9

If the contributions have already been posted to the accounting module, there is no way to redo that posting unless you performed a backup prior to the posting.

I think what you are looking for is a total of contributions so that you can enter your beginning balance in the fund accounting module. Is that correct ??

Once you have that setup, and the contribution funds setup and pointing to the proper COA accounts, then when you post contributions to funds accounting in the future, the amounts will move automatically.
