I used PowerChurch to run my W-2's this year. It was a lot cheaper and faster than buying a program to fill in all my employee information.

My only problem was the program did not save what I typed in on the forms...the church name & Christmas bonuses. I had to reprint some employees forms for address corrections. I did not know my notes were't saved until I reprinted the forms. I had to go in and retype all the information again and re-reprint them.

Is there a way to make PowerChurch save everything as I last entered it?

I experienced the same thing. In addition, I ran into a problem because we have employees from 2 states. There was no way to input 2 states on the W-3 template to show the state income tax withholding. As a result, I had to run two sets of W-2's and W-3's--one for each state.
