Error

I am getting the following message when I try to open the manual check:

Program: opentables
Line: 8
Error: 114
Message: Index does not match the table. Delete the index file and recreate the index.

When I click on the ok, it logs me off. What do I need to do to correct the problem?

What version of PowerChurch are you using? The first thing to try with any error message involving an index is to Reindex.

To reindex go to Uilities -> Select Reindex. Select reindex all files and follow the prompts on the screen.

When I logged into PowerChurch a few days later the error was gone and I haven't had any problems since. Thanks.

I'd still do the reindex to be on the safe side. FWIW .. I make sure one is done monthly to keep the indexes correct.
