Info for new year

I am in the process of finishing off my 2004 year but have just been handed another sub-fundraising project to enter in. Can I enter 2005 information in other modules ( ap, ar, etc,... ) before I close out my 2004 year?

Yes! Just make sure that when you post in those modules, to specify the appropriate fiscal month for Fund Accounting. This will send the transaction to Fund Accounting with the correct posting month. If you're using v9, you can actually post into future months while you're waiting to close your year. In prior versions, those transactions will just sit in Fund Accounting unposted until you are in the appropriate month.
