When I print reports such as Balance Sheet and Income and Expense Statement they have (UNAUDITED) next to them in the title. What exactly does unaudited mean and how can I get rid of it or change it.
I've closed that month and I've run and audit.
Thanks

Beth,
I simply export the report to excel & change the title.
Unaduit means that an independent aditor (CPA) has not verified your records. It is therefore, only a compilation of data.
There is nothing wrong with it, however, it is best that it be known. You could put a footnote on every page to disclose that this is a compilation, if you want to.

Thanks. I was kind of hoping that when a month was closed it would somehow change that to audited. I think I will just change the sub-title to show month closed. That way the Session will know that no more changes can be made to the approved reports.
Sub title change will not do it

Beth,
I beleive that changing the sub total will not remove the word "unaudit" from the report title. (I am not at my church computer so I can not be sure).

You're right, it does not remove UNAUDITED from the title. I just needed someway to show the Session that I have indeed closed the month and no more changes can be made since they have actually approved the statements.
How can it be removed after an external audit is done?

I don't believe it can right now. I think someone asked for a way of doing that, not sure where or if its part of any changes to be added in future.
