Using Version 9 I have encountered a problem with the "Maintain List Of Funds" screen. I have a fund (30) there that is no longer in use however I can not delete it as an error message says that it has posted transactions. I have deleted prior year (prior to 2004) acitvity and this fund has no entries in it.
The "Transaction Activity" report has no activity for this fund.
On the "Chart of Accounts By Fund" report there is a fund (1) which does not appear in the "Maintain List Of Funds" screen.
So I have 2 funds that appear at different places in the system yet neither fund is used.
I have reindexed to no avail but it appears that the database is a little off.
There is no problem with my regularly used funds (01 & 03) thankfully.
