Processing payroll

I am trying to help another PC+ user by phone. She is trying to run her third payroll of 2013 and suddenly one of the employees is not listed on the employee window to pay. I have verified with her the things obvious to me: no end of employment date, pay group the same as everyone else (current employees). Any ideas anyone?
