Processing payroll

I am trying to help another PC+ user by phone. She is trying to run her third payroll of 2013 and suddenly one of the employees is not listed on the employee window to pay. I have verified with her the things obvious to me: no end of employment date, pay group the same as everyone else (current employees). Any ideas anyone?

Check that employee's payroll history. See if the payroll for that period was already processed for some unknown reason.
