PowerChurch version 10.4, Windowx XP.

Thw w2 doesn't show a checkbox 14 and I need that one for the Housing Allowance. I s there something that I can do?

Are you saying that the W2 form you can view, is NOT showing a Box 14 ?? What's the date of the program as seen when you go to HELP -> About Powerchurch ??

Box 14 is a general note field. You can type anything you want in it. Version 10.4 does not automatically put the housing allowance in box 14, you can type it that box during the W2 printing process.

This was one of the many changes made in payroll in version 11.
