I have my version 9 software and my concern is this. If I don't want to transfer the data from version 8.5 could I used version 9 to create a new set of of accounting records. Wiil I 1 still us 8.5 for the remainder of this church year ?
You can. But I would think that would be a lot of extra work to reset everything back up. Plus, you will lose the history in your Accounts Payable, Payroll, Contributions, etc. If you do want to start clean with version 9 I would recommend doing so at a month end.
