Missing contribution records
pc9 - When printing contribution statements for 2007, about 1/3 did not print. They did not even appear on the screen. They would appear if you selected individual reports. After 3 tries, they appeared and printed. What created this time-costly incident. I discovered the error after stuffing my envelopes. Took much time to cross reference to be sure everybody got their statement.

What were the specific options you were choosing when generating statements? Often times defining a range of Fund Numbers or envelope numbers will filter out people that have given and would otherwise receive a statement.
Settings on the second step of "All Contributions Statements" (the WHO DO YOU WANT TO PRINT CONTRIBUTIONS STATEMENTS FOR? step) do not apply to Individual Contributions Statements, since you are defining a single envelope number to generate a statement for. If there were changes to the Personal Status code selection, range of envelopes, Print statements for people with no contributions, or the Select people by amount given fields, this would possibly yield a different result in All Contributions Statements vs. Individual Statements.
