Paperless Payments Concerns

For those using Paperless Payments, are your credit card transactions posting to your checking account within 4-5 days, consistently? I sometimes have to send them an e-mail when mine are delayed.

I have been using our checking account and it has been taking 7 days to post! I checked my bank and it was posted the day after so I'm not sure where the hold up is.

Have either of you, or anyone else experiencing this issue, gotten an official explanation from Paperless Payments about this?

I knew there would be an amount of time spent in processing, but I wouldn't expect it to be that long.

When my transactions are delayed beyond the 3-4 days, they tell me that it had something to do with their server, which is the cause in most instances.
