Direct Deposit Contribution

Ver 10 with Windows XP
We just started receiving direct deposits to our checking acct from contributors. How do we handle the accounting so it is not listed in a deposit ticket and also give credit to contributor? The problem seems to come when balancing the checking acct statement when the money is already in bank and deposit ticket shows $100 in deposit slip more than actual deposit ticket at bank.

You will want to post the direct deposit contributions separate from the Sunday contributions. You can do this by using a different date, or entering the direct deposit contributions with a different type.
