Re: Posted contributions
If they are not in the Funds Accounting Unposted Transactions list, then you may not have posted the contributions directly to Funds Accounting. There are four options for posting transactions, whoever posted may not have selected the Post to Funds Accounting option.WUMCBRIAN wrote:Contributions were posted, yet do not show up to be posted in the Fund accounting section.

Re: Posted contributions
When printing quarterly statements the total showing in the fund statement does not agree with the actual amount shown in the pledge summary. It is understating the amount and in 3 cases overstating the amount I have verified the data and it is correct and I have searched for unposted pledge, none exist, this problem has seen to multiple with each quarter. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I need help on correcting statements.

Re: Posted contributions
What date range for where pledges active? For example, if you have a pledge from 6/1/2008 to 5/30/2009. When you enter a contribution for 6/7/2009, it will not automatically be applied to the pledge, because it is no longer active. In this case, you will have to manually apply the contribution to the pledge. For the same reason the search would not find this case either.

Checked the dates, they are okay, stumped on what to do next, Thanks for the suggestion.

Re: Posted contributions
You are probably going to need to contact support so they can figure out why those contributions are not applying to a pledge. Just checking the obvious, are the contributions to the same fund as the pledge? Check the fund number not the fund description.
