Go to Contributions > Modify Unposted Contributions and you can change the date, contributor, fund number, amount, etc.

Thanks for the response. We posted a whole week with the wrong date can
we fix it once or do we need to go through each entry?

There is no programmatic way of doing this. How many contributions are you talking about ??

Yah, I did the same thing last week. Would be a nice feature if they could make that a menu option rather than having to use Database Manager (dangerous!).

I agree ... nice addition to the Wish List.

However, the only way to do it right now is to reverse then re-enter the data, or use the Database Manager, and for that I advise you call Powerchurch tech support to guide you through it.
