Entering Contributions using Cash & Checks
I am new to PCO converting from a desktop church management program to PCO. Suppose you received 39.73 (39.00 by check, 0.73 by cash). The envelope reads Tithe - 37.45, Stewardship - 2.28). How can I record this in PCO when it only allows you to enter check at one point and cash at another?

Just wondering, is this a real scenario ??
That said, you should be able to switch from check to cash while keeping the same envelope number on the entry screen.
Here's what I would do.
Enter the full amount of the tithe as check, then enter the remaining amount left in the check (1.55) as Stewardship check (if you are recording check numbers, do not change the number).
Then change the entry to cash, and add the .73 cents to stewardship.
