Quarterly Reports
I have just received the program and I am trying to print out quarterly reports for each of the contributors. When I pull up the report preview it does not show any amounts for the person. I know that they are in the system because it shows them when I pull up the report for office use. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong! Please help!

Re: Quarterly Reports
Have you posted the contributions since entering them?

Re: Quarterly Reports
Yes. I can look the total and broken down amounts per person per week. But when I go to print off a report per person it shows zero amounts. This only happen when I am in the Individual contributors report form.

What happens when you go to print using the All Contributions Statements report ??Gethsemane_Episcopal wrote:Yes. I can look the total and broken down amounts per person per week. Also:
1. Are you selecting ALL funds, that is 0 thru 99999
2. Are you selecting ALL fund types
3. Do you have the Print details for same dates as totals checkbox checked

Re: Quarterly Reports
When I try all contribution statements it tells me that there are "no envelopes found with contributions to print statements for". I know that the amounts are in the program because I can see them. But I cannot get a statement per individual to print with their contributions on it.
Re: Quarterly Reports
OK .. quick question, how do you have Powerchurch setup at your church? Is it networked, and everyone uses the same database or are you using non-networked computers, and everyone is passing around copies of the database??Gethsemane_Episcopal wrote:When I try all contribution statements it tells me that there are "no envelopes found with contributions to print statements for". The reason I ask is that I'm somewhat confused about what you've been saying.
You say:
.Yes. I can look the total and broken down amounts per person per week. But when I go to print off a report per person it shows zero amounts. This only happen when I am in the Individual contributors report form.
However, if you can see the amount per person in one report (which report is that by the way ??), you should be able to pull information through the All or Individual statement reports.
As far as I know after using the program for over 11 years, the only way you may not be getting this information properly, is that you're moving parts of databases around, and the database is getting out of sync.

Re: Quarterly Reports
Just double checking the obvious. In version 11, there is a new option to include the fund on Contribution Statements. Is that option checked for each of your contribution funds? You can find it by going to contributions -> Setup -> Maintain List of Contribution Funds. Check the option that says: "Include fund on statements"
