Tracking Loose Cash

We currently use churchplus only to keep track of membership envelop contributions, Our trustees use another system to keep track of all contriubtions (Quicken). Currently the trustees give the envelops to the membership team to put into churchplus. My question is what is the best way to start to track loose cash contributions.

FWIW ... this is not a good way to track this. Quicken is not setup to properly track contributions, frankly, its not even good for tracking expenses of a church, I suspect all the trustees do is total the cash and checks, then add the deposit in Quicken.
