Pledge to Actual defined dates

Hi,
Pledge to Actual Comparison report always gives me the year to date values, even when I change the defined dates, it worked fine until this month. Any suggestions?

I don't believe that there have been any updates released lately. What version of Powerchurch ??

Are you changing the Calculation Date ??

Using v11.1 with the latest updates. I'm not changing the calculation dates.
I've checked three computers, all do the same thing. I've looked for setting changes and everything looks fine,
but I may have missed something.

It sounds like your pledges are defined as annual or one-time period. PowerChurch Plus won't be able to calculate a year to date for those like it does monthly or weekly pledges.

I re-checked and all of the pledges are defined as weekly.

Does the "Amounts calculated as of" line on the top of the report show 8/25 or 12/31? I know you said you aren't changing it, but V11 now allows you to save report profiles and set them to run as default.

I did a "reset report options" and there were no changes.

I just re-read your initial post... If you don't want it to give year to date amounts, change the Calculation date to 12/31/2011.

The date selection where you are selecting 7/1 to 7/31 just chooses pledges that were active in that date range. The calculation date field is what controls the year to date amount calculations.

That gives me the total for year pledged vs pledge received for year to date.
I'm looking for the month of July pledged amount vs pledge amount received for July.

The Pledge Statement is the only report that I can think of that will give you the pledge activity for a specific date range like the month of July. All other pledge reports show you the total pledge status as of a certain date.
