Contribution Reports/Quarterly

Post by PeaceGranger »

Is there a way to generate a contribution report that will show the following:
a list of ALL the funds whether there were contributions made or not for that quarter.
a list which shows contributions for each quarter in the current year (again listing all funds including 0 zero contributions).

Is it only a list of funds, or by envelope ?? FWIW .. I don't believe any of the reports are by quarter, however you can set the date range you want.

The other alternative is to create a custom report, which can be more of a pain than just extrapolating the data from existing report formats.

I'm looking for a list that would have all funds listed and show how much was given to that fund.
I need one that shows that info on a monthly basis and one that could be for each quarter of the year.

I would take a look at the Fund Summary & the Funds Report, tweak the dates to where you want them. Unfortunately, you'll have to run the report multiple times to get each breakdown you want.
