Fund Summary vs Pledge Summary

On two of my contributor's contribution statements the fund summary and plege summary do not match. I traced both to May 2011. In other words, prior to May both the pledge contributions total under fund summary and pledge summary matched. May's statement and those pulled thereafter on only these two contributors are off by just the amount they contributed in May. They contributed in May and are getting credit for it in the fund summary, but it is not showing up in the pledge summary. Any ideas?

They contributed in May and are getting credit for it in the fund summary, but it is not showing up in the pledge summary. Any ideas?

I suspect that the amounts contributed in May were NOT attributed to the pledge for some reason. You can use the Search for Contributions not Applied to a Pledge function under the Contributions menu.

In version 10, its located directly on the Contributions pull down menu. In Version 11, its under the Pledges submenu of Contributions.

I fully suspect you'll find these contributions are not assigned.
