Missing Envelope in Output File
We provide a .txt file to our envelope printing company using the National Church Supply export function. The .txt file contains envelope numbers within a certain range. I recently reassigned an envelope number (from one envelope # to another, both within the range to be printed). However, the reassigned envelope no longer is in the output .txt file. All the contribution and membership data is there but no output. How can I make it reappear in the output file?

1. Do a reindex of the database, and
2. Check to see that the envelope number shows up under any Contribution Reports.
Let us know what happens.

I reindexed - same result. I see the envelope # in other contribution reports but it does not print in the envelope export report.
Is there something on the membership side that could prevent it from being listed?

Found the issue ... under the maintenance of family memberships, if the box "include in mailouts" is unchecked, it will not appear on the export report. Once I checked it, it appears along with all the others. So, if you have an envelope number in a sequence that you do not want to print envelopes for, simply uncheck that box and the export file will not include that record. Good to know.
