Duplicate output with different amounts!

Please help! I have to have this pledge data to our envelope company by Friday! I created an excel output file for envelopes with numbers less than 7000. I asked to be displayed:
Envelope number
key lastname
key firstname
mailing category description
Total pledged
Amount received

I asked for duplicates to be hidden.

The first three records are for the same family, but they have two different "total pledged amounts" and three different "amounts received". I have duplicated the first three rows below, but I have many more families that have the same problem. I have looked at the pledge detail and it all looks correct. We have actually entered very few contributions to this pledge fund, and this record in particular has NO CONTRIBUTIONS, nor do none show up in the pledge detail. I have printed the family's contribution record for the year, and none of the amounts in amt_rcvd match up. I am stumped and now worried that I recommended using this software!

FWIW .. the software is fine, your report extract may be flawed.

Are you adding filters for Contribution Fund and Year of Pledge ???

Thanks for your quick response, I just logged on to say I think I have it figured out when I saw you had responded. I added the fund number and that took care of the duplicates and gave me the correct amounts I was looking for. I'm still not sure why it picked up the other amounts, especially since this is our first venture into pledges, and we only have pledges for that one fund. I'm just glad it seems to be working and that someone, like you, is out there to help me get through this. Thanks, again!
