Hi
I am trying to delete a posted contribution. I went into the persons account and reversed the contribution, then I went to the unposted contribution and deleted it.
when I did a contribution statement for that month. the contributions were not deleted. So I am not sure what to do because if I print off a tax receipt for this person, it will be 160 too much.

If you deleted the reverse the contribution will still be there. You need to do the reverse then post the reverse not delete it.

Post it to Funds Accounting, it will create the reversal transactions to update accounting.BA wrote:o.k
