Anyone having problems with items in 2012 not posted, when you try to post them it will not allow it? Or if you try to close working month it tell you that a specific month is open and need to be closed but will not close? I printed a report and none of the items showing in the report belongs to me. Please advise.

I'm assuming you're having problems with Funds Accounting, not Contributions. And that you have version 10.4 or above.

These are actually standard messages. Some background:

Powerchurch allows you to have 18 months open in Funds Accounting. However, you need to have this set this way in the System Accounting Setup.

Now, ordinarily this means you can have months from August 2012 thru January 2014. If you have 18 months open, In order to open a new month, you have to close a month. So that means if you want to open February 2014, you have to close August 2012.

However, you have to close them in order, so if you wanted to close December 2012, you have to close all the months previous to it first.
