I am needing to bulk delete envelope numbers in a given range. Is there are way to do that?
We use numbers from 1001-1125 for regular attenders/member and use numbers 8000-9000 for visitors & one-time gifts. We typically will delete all of the numbers from 8000 - 9000 that were used in a year.
However, I have been thinking about changing that to a reassignment to another block of numbers so I can easily maintain data for 4 years. So that starts me thinking if there is a way to do bulk reassignment, similar to the bulk tagging tool in PC+.
BTW, we have v11.5
Thank you!

Unfortunately, no. You'll have to reassign them individually.thegatewaychurch wrote:I am needing to bulk delete envelope numbers in a given range. Is there are way to do that?

Re: Bulk Delete Envelope Numbers
Maybe that feature should be added to the next version. It would save a lot of time, especially if you have a large congregation. Fortunately, ours is not too big, but it will take quite a bit of time to reassign numbers.

Actually, I've done that with 200 envelopes, and it only took about an hour. The hardest part is just preparation for doing it.thegatewaychurch wrote:Maybe that feature should be added to the next version.
