unable to post 2013 contributions to fund acccounting

We just started using the accounting side of PC and tried to post contributions from Nov 2013 to fund accounting but it would only give us the option of 2014 and 2015 on the contributions side. Is there a way to enter the 2013 contributions, checks, bank deposits, etc into the system without having to delete 2014 information that is already showing on the accounting side.

Did you just start Funds Accounting, and if so, did you enter the beginning balances as of Jan 1st? If so, those contributions were already accounted for.

yes, we just started funds accounting and yes the beginning balance was entered from Jan 1st.

In that case, as I mentioned, those contributions are already accounted for, and there's no need to add them.
