Posted in Contribution but not in Fund

Hi, A check was posted in contributions but, I cannot find where it posted to Fund Accounting. Do I reverse it in Contributions and reenter it?

Before you do that ... were there any other contributions posted the same day? Did someone restore the Accounting Module database overwriting the data??

There are a few things I would check before you do anything to make sure that there wasn't a glitch. However once you rule everything else out, you don't need to reverse and reenter the contribution, just enter a transaction in Funds Accounting to cover that contribution.

Detail exactly why you made that manual transaction, but that should take care of the issue.
