Monthly Contribution Totals Report

Post by wms7328 »

I know that the title of this report states that it is for monthly totals but the selections under the Date box gives you the impression that it might be used for other time frames. Actually if you choose, Today, Yesterday, Last Sunday and Last Week you will get the same totals. It might be less confusing if you just gave the option to choose the starting month, year and the ending month, year. That way someone won't make the mistake of thinking this is giving totals of some time periods other than months. Something similar to the Date selections for the Income & Expense Report by Month under Accounting might be better.

Thanks, as always appreciate your effort to constantly improve PC.

I suspect that they use the same date selection tool for all the reports, just the background filtering makes the difference. The title says it all, as does the description in the Report List. It will give the totals for the month. It may be an easy thing to change, but I'd put it low on the list.
