When I run the Contributions statements, the daily detail is missing. This has never happened before. Help!

Make sure you have the latest MR. It should be dated 8/11/2005.

Are you saying that the Daily Detail selection is not available in the dropdown, or that when you do the report, nothing is showing up ??

So when you view the reports on screen, all you see is the report format, but no amounts ??

Is that correct ??

Correct - I see the totals but not the daily amounts.

Which of the report formats are you using? The issue Jeff was referring to that was fixed in a maintenance release was in the Full Fund Details. I'm assuming you are running the Daily Amounts one from your post, but I wasn't sure. If you are running Daily Amounts, try running Full Fund Details and see if you get detail that way.

It doesn't matter whether I run Daily Amounts or Full Fund Details, I can't get the daily amounts. All I get is the Fund Summary.

I'd run a reindex just to be sure that everything is indexed propertly.

Another question, does this occur when you're doing 'All Statements', or 'Selected Contributors' ?

When I do "All Contributors" - how do you run a reindex?

To reindex, go to the menu bar, and select Utilities, on the dropdown menu, select Reindex then all the above files, this will reindex the entire database.

Then after that is done, try doing an individual statement to see if the same problem occurs there. If you see a daily list there, then try all statements to see what happens.

I did the reindex and now have a real problem: When I run an individual report, I still do not get the info. When I run all contribution records, I get either an error message or a message saying it is not supported. I will contact the technical department tomorrow.

Thanks for your help.

Sounds like that's the best course of action at this point.
