In 2003 I only utilized the contributions module. In 2004 I will be using the Fund Accounting as well. I would like to reassign some contribution fund numbers and get rid of some as well. I cannot delete any because it says that there are contributions posted to that fund. How do I get around this problem. Do I need to close out the year somehow for just the contributions? Thanks.

Closing only applies to Fund Accounting. The only way to get rid of the contributions so you can delete funds would be to use the Delete Old Data function under the Contributions menu. NB - this action is irreversable, so make a backup first!! Once you've deleted old data, you should be able to delete funds to your heart's content.
