We have only one incident of this type of about 300 statements. Have changed the address several times, saved it per screen format, only the old address still prints out. How to update? The rest of the statements are ok.
It sounds like the person in question may not be in the household where the address is being changed.
Go to the Integrated Data Entry screen, click the Family Members tab.
Down near the bottom of the screen is a "Locate Profile" button. Use that to find the contributor in question.
Once the person has been selected from the locate list, switch back over to the Contact tab. Here you should see why the address is not changing on the statement.
