We have AM and PM offerings is there a way to get two seperate reports?

Since all posted contributions are grouped by date, there isn't really a way, once contributions are posted, to generate two reports, keeping AM & PM separate.
You can, however, enter the AM contributions, generate a bank deposit slip, unposted contributions report, etc. Post the contributions, and then repeat the process with PM contributions. This will at least allow separate reports prior to posting.
If you absolutely had to keep them separate, the only way that I know of to make it work would be to have each of your contribution funds duplicated. One designated as an AM fund in a lower number range (100) and the other designated as a PM fund in a higher number range (1000). This would allow you to generate most contributions reports specifying by fund range 100-999 for AM contributions or 1000-1999 for PM contributions.
