Can I set my fund up so only some subaccounts aren't included on contribution statement?
Example. We have a fund called Royal Rangers. Almost all of the subaccounts in that fund relate to things that are being paid for (events and such) so we don't want it included on the contribution statement.
However, they have now started raising money for a program called Master's Toolbox which would be deductible. Can I add a subaccount called Master's Toolbox and have just that included?
Thanks.

Re: contribution statement
Go into Maintain List of Contribution Funds under Contributions -> Setup, each fund has a checkbox for 'include on fund on statements'. I'm going to assume that you have a separate fund setup for each area of contributions. If not, please define what you mean by 'subaccount' as that term is only used in Fund Accounting, and is only used in Contributions when you assign accounts when setting up a Contribution Fund.Turning Point wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 11:50 amCan I set my fund up so only some subaccounts aren't included on contribution statement?

Re: contribution statement
Ok. Subaccount is wrong then.
What I'm talking about is our Ranger Fund is 06. We have a few lower level funds here for income, so 06-4050-001 is for fund raisers and 06-4050-005 is for special events.
I want to know if I can make it so -005 does not show up on the contribution statement but 001 does.

Re: contribution statement
You need to create a separate Contribution Fund that points to the subaccount, and set that so it will not display.Turning Point wrote: ↑Wed Jan 22, 2025 2:48 pmOk. Subaccount is wrong then.
