I am seeing the same behavior here. I will get it written up as a bug.

Great ... I remember asking for this report when the beta of 10 was in test. I seem to remember suggesting that the date logic should be as follows:

1. Default the dates from Jan 1st, to Dec 31st of the current year.
2. Anyone with a pledge from the selected funds that started within that pledge year should be excluded from the mail merge.

I would assume that anyone who stopped a pledge in the middle of a pledge year, would not want to pledge again (for whatever personal reason), thus I would not include that.
