Actually, the e-mail a report thing is sent from PowerChurch, not from your default e-mail program. The reason the button is grayed out on that report is because if you e-mailed that report as a PDF using that button, it would send a single PDF containing everyone's statement i.e. the 150 page report you are looking at on the screen would be e-mailed out.

It is a special e-mail sending process that happens with contribution statements to generate each person's statement as a separate report, save it as a PDF, then send an e-mail with that PDF attached to that person, then moves on to the next statement and repeats the process.
Aha ... so I had the right answer .. but for the wrong reasons .. :lol:
